Latino Theater Company
Latino Theater Company (LTC) has operated the Los Angeles Theater Center (LATC) since 2006. The not-for-profit organization’s commitment to the creation of exciting, thought-provoking theater has a longer history than that though. Now the company’s at work at LATC, fostering artistic excellence and progressing culture with the diversity of its Los Angeles audience as an asset.
Time Warner Foundation supports LTC and their mission with funding granted to Playwrights Production Initiative. This program is dedicated to creating a new canon of multi-ethnic theatre. This will be achieved by commissioning and producing one world premiere play a year by a diverse array of mid-career Los Angeles playwrights. Artists tapped for this exciting series of additions to American theatre include award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and actor, John Pollono whose Rules of Seconds is part of Los Angeles Theater Center’s 2017 season.
